This page here is to walk you through setting up your Cortaxiom Assistant web extension. If you have any questions feel free to ask our own Cortaxiom preview interface in the bottom right of your screen. We love that you have chosen to explore our product. It is important to note that this extension is meant for Business to Business (B2B) application as Cortaxiom LLC is a B2B service provider.
Getting started with your extension
Once you install our Cortaxiom Assistant browser extension, a small pill will appear at the bottom right corner of your screen that says "Cortaxiom"
Entering your product license
Access to the Cortaxiom browser extension is available to customers with an active Premium, Elite, or Enterprise subscription. Use of the extension is tied to your subscription status and remains subject to Cortaxiom’s Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Browser Extension End User License Agreement (EULA), as well as any applicable third‑party browser terms.
To get started, please review these agreements carefully. By entering and using your extension license key, you acknowledge and agree to comply with them.
Once you are provided with your license, just click on the Cortaxiom pill and it will expand and you will be able to inter into the interface. Once you click "Activate," your browser extension is now active and you can begin using the extension.
Familiarizing yourself with the interface
After you have activated your the Cortaxiom Assistant browser extension, take a look around the interface. You will notice a few symbols at the top which include a live chat (if your subscription includes this service, it will connect to your own live chat tool not Cortaxiom's live chat support), a calendar, a settings icon where you can log out of your extension (which disables the extension but does not cancel your subscription, you must do that from the your account portal at www.cortaxiom.com), a minimize button (which makes the interface shrink down but you can still type and send a message, and an X which will bring you back to the small "Cortaxiom" pill state you saw before you activated but your are still active until you either delete the extension or sign out.
You will also notice a few suggested prompt tags that will disappear once you start chatting.
You will see your input box with a send button next to it, but you can just press Enter on your keyboard and it will send your input.
And finally you will notice that our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy are always available for review. From time to time you may be prompted to accept changes to these terms and policies and failing to do so could affect your ability to access our Services.
Using our Cortaxiom Assistant Browser Extension
Depending on which services you chose to enable when subscribing, you will have access to different functions. Below are just a few examples of some of these functions like sending an email (you will need to fill out the required form located in your Account Settings & Forms page once you login to an account with the appropriate subscription at www.cortaxiom.com), or accessing your excel sheet with your inventory. The role of Cortaxiom is to never replace the tools that you have, only to help you connect to them. We will continue to expand out included functions as we grow, so always be on the look out for more features!
